LandMe

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

LandMe ("we", "us") operates landme.app. This policy explains what we collect before launch and what we will collect once the service is live.

What we collect right now

At this stage LandMe is not yet operating. The only personal data we collect is:

Why we collect it

We do not sell your email address, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

What we will collect once the service is live

When LandMe launches, using the service will involve processing:

All of that is processed to carry out the task you ask us to perform — preparing and submitting applications on your behalf. We will publish a fuller policy covering the live service before it opens, and you will be asked to review it when you create an account.

Who we share data with

We use third-party providers to run the site and communicate with you. At present these are Netlify (hosting), Amazon Web Services (email delivery), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each processes data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Early access emails are kept until launch and for up to twelve months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click. To make a request, write to hello@landme.app and we will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws including the CCPA. We honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Cookies

The site sets cookies for advertising measurement. You can block them in your browser settings without losing access to anything on this page.

Children

LandMe is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially before launch, we will note it at the top of this page.
